The Ordering Process

We need to receive from you:

• your COMPLETE Patient Information Questionnaire (Forms 1-4)
• your VALID prescription signed by a licensed physician

These documents will be reviewed by our pharmacists and by a Canadian physician.  They will either approve your prescription, or request more information.  We may need to contact you or your physician for more information.  Once approved, your medication will be shipped to you.

In general, please allow up to 21 days from the day of ordering for the shipment to reach you.  The shipment may arrive in as little as 7-10 days, but we recommend ordering early to make sure that you don't run out of your medication.

CanTrustRx requires that you notify us of any changes in your health or medication immediately.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are $14.00 USD per shipment.  Two or more customers living in the same household may request that their orders be shipped together. 

CanTrustRx reserves the right to change the shipping fee at any time.

Cancellation and Returns

You may call and cancel your order at any time up until the day it is shipped.  After the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

It is illegal for CanTrustRx to take back and redispense medication that has been shipped.  If there is a problem, or you are not satisfied with your order, please call us at

Maximum Order Quantity

According to the international regulations, a maximum of three months' supply of prescription medication may be shipped to non-Canadian citizens at one time.

You may order a refill of your medication(s) by phone or by fax/mail using the Prescription Reorder Request Form (Form 5).  Once the refills on your prescription have run out, you will need to submit a new prescription to CanTrustRx.

Privacy Policy

CanTrustRx believes that your personal information deserves protection. You can browse the CanTrustRx web sites without providing any personal or medical information.  However, to place an order, you must agree to the Limited Power of Attorney Form and Release Form, complete the Patient Questionnaire Form and submit these to us along with a copy of your prescription.

CanTrustRx may also use any personal account information and data collected through your personal identification to create statistics and aggregate reports for our internal use only. Personally identifiable information will not be contained in these statistics and aggregate reports. Your identity is kept anonymous within these reports.

CanTrustRx may use certain trusted partners to act on our behalf in performing such functions as delivering orders. These partners are provided with only the information needed to perform their specific duties and are not entitled to use such information for any other purpose.

CanTrustRx reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. CanTrustRx also reserves the right at any time to disclose any information concerning an individual's account to satisfy any law, regulation or government request; or if such disclosure is necessary for site operation or protection of the web site's security; or to protect the rights or property of CanTrustRx and its suppliers, users, and partners.
